You run the business. I build the site, keep it running, and make the changes when you need them. A $99 one-time setup fee, then one monthly price for the site. Your domain is registered in your name from day one.

A $99 one-time setup fee, one monthly price, and no minimum term.

$99/month+ $99 one-time setup

For the site, hosting, edits, and support.

The $99 setup fee covers building and launching your site from the demo you approved, connecting your domain, adding your Google Business Profile link and review-request link, and setting up traffic tracking for your monthly report.

First charge: $198 (setup + first month), only after you approve your demo
Then $99/month, billed on the same day each month (or the last day of shorter months)
No minimum term. Cancel anytime; billing stops at the end of your current paid month.

Prices don't include any sales tax that may apply.

The only extra costs are the optional add-ons below, which you pay Quo or Google for directly, including the phone line's carrier texting registration fees.

Refunds: Launch means the day your site goes live on your domain. If you cancel before launch, your plan ends right away and I refund everything you've paid, including any sales tax charged. If launch happens more than a month after your first charge, I refund any later monthly charge billed before launch, unless launch is waiting on something from you. Your first charge isn't refunded after launch. Cancel anytime and billing stops at the end of your current paid month.

I'll give you 30 days' email notice before any price change.

$19/user/month, paid to Quo

Quo's Starter plan price as of October 2026, or $15/user/month billed yearly ($180), plus the carrier fees below. Current prices are at quo.com/pricing.

A local number with call forwarding, missed-call text-back and texting, set up in your own Quo account in your name. You pay Quo directly at their standard price, with no markup from me, and my setup and management are included in your plan.

Texting needs a carrier (A2P 10DLC) registration for your business. I'll prepare and submit it with you. It needs your legal business details, and sole proprietors without an EIN must verify by text from their own mobile. Quo's carrier fees, which Quo bills you: $19.50 one-time registration, about $1.50/month ($2/month for sole proprietors, $3/month for non-profits), and $15 per resubmission. Approval is up to the carriers and usually takes a few business days, sometimes longer.

Texting rules: By adding a line, you agree to text only people who contacted your business first (like a missed-call text-back) or opted in, and to honor STOP and HELP. Message frequency varies.

Branded email (Google Workspace)

$7/user/month, paid to Google

Google's Business Starter price with a 1-year commitment, or $8.40/user/month on Google's monthly plan, as of October 2026. Google sometimes offers new customers a lower introductory price. Current prices are at workspace.google.com/pricing.

A real mailbox at your domain that sends and receives. You sign up for Google Workspace in your own name; I set it up and manage it as your admin, including new users and password resets. You pay Google directly at their standard price; Google bills you per user per month. No markup from me, and my setup and management are included in your plan. Free email forwarding and Google Workspace can't both run on the same domain, so Workspace replaces forwarding.

What your $99 a month covers

The $99 covers the site itself, hosting, maintenance, and the ongoing work to keep it up to date. I monitor uptime.

Your domain, your name
The domain is registered in your name. The registration and yearly renewals are included while you're on the plan, and I handle them for you. You can move it to your own Cloudflare account any time after the first 10 days, or to another registrar after the standard 60-day lock after a new registration or transfer.

Your business, your content
The site design and code are built and owned by Bluebonnet Pixel LLC and licensed to you while your plan is active. Your business name, logo, photos, and the text you provide stay yours. Text I write for your business is licensed to you while your plan is active. The site files aren't handed over when the plan ends, but after you cancel, I'll send you a copy of your own content (photos, logo, and text you provided) on request.

If you ever cancel
If you cancel, the site comes down at the end of your plan. Your domain stays yours through the rest of its current registration term; after that, renewing it is up to you. I'll point it wherever you want, or move it to your own Cloudflare account (any time after the first 10 days) or another registrar (after the standard 60-day lock). To cancel, just email [email protected]; billing stops at the end of your current paid month (no partial-month refunds). If you cancel before launch, your plan ends right away and I refund everything you've paid, including any sales tax charged.

Small edits, up to 5 per month: a text, photo, hours or price change, or similar, taking up to about 30 minutes each. Unused edits don't roll over. Just email me.
Email forwarding
Email forwarding at your domain (like [email protected] to the inbox you already use), included free. If you add Google Workspace, it replaces forwarding.
